6 to 60V, three-phase smart gate driver 'DRV832x'

The DRV832x family of devices is an integrated gate driver for three-phase applications. This device includes three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. The product generates the appropriate gate drive voltage for the high-side MOSFET using an integrated charge pump and for the low-side MOSFET using a linear regulator. The smart gate drive architecture has the capability of sourcing up to 1A and sinking peak gate drive currents of 2A.
